Meet Dr. Nix
Hey! I’m Dr. Anna Nix, a board-certified pediatric dentist and the owner of Nix Pediatric Dentistry. I truly feel lucky to care for kids every day and to help families build healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
I went to dental school at UMMC and completed my pediatric residency at Batson Children’s Hospital. I’ve been practicing since 2018, and my goal has always been to make dental visits a positive, stress-free experience for kids and parents.
I believe in a team-based approach to care. When needed, I work closely with ENTs, speech therapists, and myofunctional therapists to support your child’s overall health — not just focus on their teeth. And I always want parents to feel included and supported in every step of their child’s care.

Dr. Nix and her staff are so professional, friendly and understanding. My son has severe social anxiety and they made him feel as comfortable as possible. The office is clean and kid friendly. We had a horrible experience with a different pediatric dentist in Clinton this week and Dr. Nix was able to squeeze my son in due to the emergency nature. I could not be more pleased. I was literally overwhelmed with our bad experience earlier this week, then the kindness we experienced with Dr. Nix and I burst into tears. She gave me a hug and it made all the difference. We felt heard, understood and I can tell the entire staff genuinely care. Thanks for such a positive experience!

We love the dentist, she’s great! But every time we have been, the wait is long. Even if there aren’t many patients there. We have tried late in the day and early morning….there doesn’t seem to be a difference in waiting. It’s always at least 20 mins after appt time.
